All personalised items are handmade to order using the details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all:

  • dates
  • spelling
  • uploaded images
  • personalisation details

are correct before completing checkout.

Signature & Stone cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


3. Product Variations

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products:

  • colours may vary slightly from screen to screen
  • engraving placement may differ slightly
  • natural materials may contain unique markings or textures

These variations are not considered faults.


4. Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume.

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided on product listings but may occasionally vary during busy periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Signature & Stone is not responsible for:

  • delayed deliveries caused by postal carriers
  • lost parcels once marked as delivered
  • customs delays or fees for international orders

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be:

  • redistributed
  • shared
  • copied for commercial use

All digital purchases are non-refundable once files have been delivered.

All designs, artwork, photographs, logos, product images, and content created by Signature & Stone remain the intellectual property of Signature & Stone and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
