Processing Times
Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch.
During busy periods, seasonal launches, or holidays, processing times may occasionally be extended. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

All UK orders are shipped using:

Shipping options can be selected at checkout where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

2–4 working days

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is correct.
Signature & Stone cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we always do our best to help resolve delivery issues, Signature & Stone is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will gladly assist where possible.
