Returns & Refunds Policy

At Signature & Stone, every item is carefully handmade and personalised to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to read our policy before purchasing.

Personalised & Custom Orders

As all personalised items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • personalised keepsakes
  • engraved items
  • custom artwork
  • wedding stationery
  • digital downloads

This includes orders with custom names, dates, handwriting, photographs, or personalised details.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photographs of the item and packaging

We’ll always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Order Approval

Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation details before placing an order, including:

  • spelling
  • dates
  • names
  • uploaded photos

Signature & Stone cannot be held responsible for customer errors submitted during checkout.


Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once files have been delivered.


Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.


Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
